Sugarloaf Fire Rescue

At Sugarloaf Fire Rescue, we need a wide variety of skills and services. Everything from highly trained people for actual on-scene fire fighting, extrication, and medical services, to dedicated people who help with maintaining our emergency vehicles and equipment, groundskeeping at the Station, and assisting with cleaning our facility and equipment.

While some positions (such as direct fire fighting) require varying degrees of physical ability, many positions require none.

While some positions require extensive training, any necessary training will be provided at no cost to dedicated volunteers willing to make their time available for the safety of their community.

Attend our regular training meetings every Thursday at 7 PM at our Station (MM 17.2, 17175 Overseas Highway); and/or
Drop by our Station any Saturday morning between 9 AM and Noon while we check equipment and do routine maintenace; and/or
